Lap of Luxury Travel

No Refund Policy

At Lap of Luxury Travel, all travel arrangements are custom-curated and booked with third-party travel suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and ground service providers. Once any portion of a trip is booked, all sales are final unless otherwise stated by the individual supplier.

All payments made to Lap of Luxury Travel are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Airline tickets

• Hotel and resort accommodations

• Cruise reservations

• Tour packages

• Transfers and ground transportation

• Excursions and special activities

• Service and planning fees

Refund eligibility, penalties, and cancellation terms are governed solely by the policies of the individual travel suppliers.

Supplier Cancellation Policies

Each travel supplier maintains its own cancellation, refund, and change policies. These policies may vary and may include penalties, change fees, or full forfeiture of funds depending on fare class, rate type, and time of cancellation.

Lap of Luxury Travel has no control over supplier refund decisions once bookings are confirmed.

Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)

Lap of Luxury Travel strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.

Travel insurance may provide coverage for:

• Trip cancellation and interruption

• Medical emergencies

• Travel delays

• Lost or damaged baggage

• Supplier bankruptcy

• Weather-related or force majeure disruptions

Without travel insurance, travelers assume full financial responsibility for any losses resulting from cancellations, delays, medical issues, supplier changes, or unforeseen events.

Traveler Information Accuracy

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all traveler information provided is accurate, complete, and current. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Full legal names exactly as they appear on government-issued identification

• Dates of birth

• Passport numbers and expiration dates

• Gender markers

• Known Traveler Numbers and TSA Precheck information (if applicable)

Lap of Luxury Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, rebooking fees, government penalties, or financial losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated traveler information supplied by the client.

Clients must verify that all traveler information matches their government-issued identification and passport documentation before ticketing and travel.

Client Responsibility & Agreement

By confirming any booking and submitting payment to Lap of Luxury Travel, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all supplier cancellation policies and to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
