Agency Role

Lap of Luxury Travel acts solely as an agent for third-party travel suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and ground transportation providers. Lap of Luxury Travel does not own, operate, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, changes, cancellations, or failures.

Payments & Final Sale

All payments made to Lap of Luxury Travel are subject to supplier cancellation policies. All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the individual supplier. Lap of Luxury Travel does not guarantee refunds and is not responsible for supplier refund decisions.

Pricing & Availability

All pricing is subject to availability and may change until confirmed and ticketed. Once confirmed, pricing is governed by the supplier’s terms and fare rules.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

Lap of Luxury Travel strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Without travel insurance, clients assume full financial responsibility for losses resulting from cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, or unforeseen events.

Traveler Information Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current traveler information including legal names, dates of birth, passport information, and documentation required for travel. Lap of Luxury Travel is not responsible for losses or penalties resulting from incorrect traveler information.

Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Clients are responsible for verifying passport validity, visa requirements, vaccinations, and all entry regulations for their destination. Lap of Luxury Travel does not guarantee entry into any country.

Health & Safety

Travelers assume all risks associated with travel including but not limited to illness, accidents, injuries, crime, and exposure to contagious diseases.

Force Majeure

Lap of Luxury Travel is not responsible for events beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, weather, war, terrorism, strikes, airline delays, government actions, or supplier failures.

​

Limitation of Liability

Lap of Luxury Travel’s liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Lap of Luxury Travel for services rendered. Lap of Luxury Travel is not responsible for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lap of Luxury Travel from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from their travel arrangements or actions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Agreement

By submitting payment or booking through Lap of Luxury Travel, the client acknowledges acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
